WHAT ABOUT AFGHANISTAN?

We don’t care and we won’t mention it in this election

All the three UK political parties are intentionally avoiding one question during this general election and that one million dollar question is the war in Afghanistan. It is more than nine years that the politician in this country are waging war and supporting the a corrupt regime and war criminals in Afghanistan where more than eighty thousand innocent Afghans are killed and nearly 300 young innocent British soldiers sacrificed their lives for the lies of Bush, Blair, Gordon Brown, Obama and Osama. Nearly seventy-five percent people in this country are opposed to the unwinnable war in Afghanistan and want the troops to come home. It is also worth mentioning that here in Scotland it looks like the SNP government have also adapted the same policy as I have not heard them in their election campaign officially calling for the withdrawal of UK troops from Afghanistan since elected to the office on the anti war ticket. The ComRes survey for the Independent and ITV news finds that nearly three-quarters of the people in this country are not supporting the war in Afghanistan and almost 55 percent do not understand why the UK is there where the cost is more than four billion a year.
The second televised debate on Sky TV was a total embarrassment and a disaster for the people of Afghanistan who are killed by the west for no reason other than Afghans and also an insult for the British soldiers who were killed and still being killed. The leaders failed to mention a word about the dead of Afghans and should have apologised on live TV debate to the deceased families who are the innocent victims of this imperial war. The NATO occupation of my country continues to kill innocent citizens. Afghans no longer can bear the indiscriminate killing of their young children, pregnant women and other citizens and that is why the resistance to the occupation grow stronger and now shifted to the North of Afghanistan apart from other areas. There is a very strong support for the Taliban and in my opinion the west will never win the war in the south of Afghanistan. A recent survey funded by the US Army in Kandahar revealed that 94 percent of the population there support negotiation with the Taliban and 85 percent regard the Taliban as their own brothers. So any attack in Kandahar is doomed to failure as it was in Marjah. This shows that Afghans do not want the war and are supportive of a political solution but sadly the west does not want to follow that path and are pressing for more troops and destruction of innocent lives. Almost 91% of the Afghan population want a Loya Jirga (grand assembly) to end the conflict but unfortunately the war mongers in the UK and all three main political parties support the unwinnable war there. The British government spent last year four billion and will surely spend more than this in the coming year but have not even secured the Helmand province alone forget about the rest of the country but still refused to talk about the Afghan war in any leaders TV debates. After sacrificing 281 young innocent British soldiers and killing more than eighty thousands innocent Afghans what have Britain the US and NATO achieved. The poppet of the west President Hamid Karzai threatened to join the Taliban if he is not left alone and even said that Afghanistan is occupied and that is why there is resistance to the occupation.
The US president Mr. Obama is blaming Karzai for the American failure and defeat in Afghanistan and also accused him of rigging the election. David Milliband and others called for the replacement of Karzai but sadly there were no better men than Karzai amongst the 32 million populations. What a joke? The real democrats were sidelined by the west and corrupt leaders were supported during the election. In the recent past Karzai is refusing to take orders from the west and is listening to his people rather than the west and his paymasters but the rumours in the western regimes are that there might be grounds for assassination to shoot him because he is a thug. Finally this is a war which cost more than four billion per year, 74 % of the people of this country are opposing it and think this war is unwinnable. This is a war which killed 281 young innocent British soldiers and countless of innocent Afghans who are killed but not even mentioned in the debates. The west is sending more troops to kill and die in order to support a man and his regime that does not even control the capital itself. The insurgents and others controlled three doors out of four which lead to Kabul. When Afghanistan pops up in this election the main subject of complaint is that the helicopters do not work and the killing of innocent Afghans are not allowed to be mentioned at all. You should be a shamed of yourselves Mr. Gordon Brown, David Cameron and Nick Cleg for such leadership, accountability and humanity. The innocent Afghans who were killed and are being killed by your bombs will never forgive you.
